We’re very sorry that the shoe you’ve clicked on is no longer available. Please understand that we don’t always know when a particular shoe style is out of stock at our partners’ sites and we do apologize for the inconvenience. While some of our partners have a “pop up” message stating the size and width combination is no longer available, others do not — instead, they just take the Women’s/Kids N, Women’s 2A, 3A or 4A and Men’s 2 A/B out of their drop down menu. This, unfortunately, makes it seem as though the shoe isn’t available in narrow widths at all, which makes you wonder why it’s on our site in the first place, right? Aggravating, isn’t it?! A 404 message from The Narrow Shoe.com site, does mean that we are aware that a particular shoe is now unavailable and have already taken that shoe our of our feed.
So what should you do if the shoe that you like isn’t available any longer? Use the search box — either on our site if you get a 404 message or on the partner site. Put in the brand name and you’ll see similar shoes that are now available. Unfortunately, much as we’d like them not to, shoe manufacturers discontinue some of their shoes to make room for their newest designs. But have no fear — you can find something similar, it happens all the time.
Most importantly please don’t blame the messenger, The Narrow Shoe.com! 🙂 There are plenty of great shoes that are still available from previous seasons and we are also loading all the newest shoe styles available in your narrow size for Fall/Winter 2010-2011. You will start to get emails about them and/or see them on our home page within the next few days. We’ll also be featuring our favorite picks in various blog posts, so, please check back often.
We truly want to be your best source for finding narrow shoes on line and will do our best to help you to find what you need. So, if you don’t see it on our site please contact us, so that we can try to help you.
Thank you so much for choosing to shop with The Narrow Shoe.com.
Happy Narrow Shoe Shopping!
