Dear Valued Customers and Future Customers:
As you know or may be learning for the first time, we’ve been experiencing some issues with what we’re calling “pesky” mediums creeping into our narrow shoe database. We are working diligently on rectifying this. That said, as we continue to filter out the mediums, you may still see them periodically on our site — please know we are aware of the problem and working really hard to end it, once and for all! We are also working on creating price and style comparisons for you on either the same or on similar narrow shoes. This may also inadvertently increase the numbers of mediums creeping into the database for a little while until we have the situation rectified. Uh oh! Those pesky mediums are filtering into our narrow shoe database again and we’re not the least bit happy about it! Please be aware that we know about this glitch in our system and are trying very hard to rectify the situation ASAP. In the meantime, please hang in there!
